Thanks to the training courses and conferences it organises, our Knowledge Transfer & Training Centre department is an essential link in the innovation chain. It contributes to the transfer of knowledge and competences from the world of research to companies and public organisations, and represents an essential pillar of an RTO such as CRP Henri Tudor.
CRP Henri Tudor innovates – but this is not enough. The innovations developed only take on their full meaning once they are applied within companies themselves. It is precisely this challenge that we are taking on in providing training courses and conferences relating to both the research activities conducted at CRP Henri Tudor and the knowledge developed by its teams.
At the Knowledge Transfer & Training Centre, with a team of 12 people, we organise or host:
- Modular training course cycles
- Professional Master’s programmes
- Scientific and professional conferences
These activities, also referred to as “transfer products”, have not come about by chance. Within the context of our status as an innovator, CRP Henri Tudor provides an adapted product. If the innovation has still not progressed past the idea stage, we offer awareness-raising activities. On the other hand, if the innovation is translating into concrete results, such as the realisation of a methodology, we develop an appropriate training course.
Our activities are geared towards the priority innovation markets identified by CRP Henri Tudor and addressed through its innovation programmes aimed at professionals within the manufacturing, construction, eco-technologies, mobility, transport and logistics, healthcare, public services, finance and human capital industries.
