General conditions
Training course tariffs
The tariffs shown are for inter-company training courses. They are valid for the present year. The registration fees exclude VAT per participant and include course materials, refreshments and, for training courses lasting a day or longer, lunch.
Payment methods
Payment shall be made out to Knowledge Transfer & Training Centre – CRP Henri Tudor. Please note the name of your company, the name(s) of the participant(s)and the invoice reference. Payment must be made upon receipt of invoice.
Invoicing for absences
For conferences, absences which are not notified to the "Knowledge Transfer & Training Centre" secretariat by e-mail or fax prior to the day of the conference shall be invoiced at the full tariff.
- cancellation between the 14th and 8th day prior to the training course: 25%
- cancellation between the 7th and 3rd day prior to the training course: 50%
- cancellation between the 2nd and last day prior to the training course: 100%
Cancellation of events
We reserve the right to cancel an event when the number of enrolled participants is not sufficient or in the case of unforeseen unavailability of the course tutor.
CRP Henri Tudor will then contact all registered participants to inform them whether their registration is to be deferred to a later date or if they are to receive a full refund of monies paid.
Intellectual property of content
The content of the presentations produced by the collaborators of CRP Henri Tudor is the exclusive property of the Centre. Hence, any re-use of modification of this content, even partial, for whatever means and whatever purpose requires the express prior authorisation of CRP Henri Tudor.
Dispute resolution
In the event that a disagreement between the contracting parties cannot be amicably resolved, with regard to either the interpretation or application of this agreement, the dispute shall fall within the jurisdiction of the Luxembourg courts.
Insurance
The participant at the event (training course or conference) guarantees to have taken out and maintained a civil liability insurance policy prior to and for the duration of the event, providing cover for personal injury, direct and indirect material and immaterial damage likely to be caused by his actions towards third parties.
