Quality

Around 10 years ago, we put in place a quality policy with the objective of guaranteeing the highest level of performance for our partners and clients, across all of our activities: RDI projects, innovation services, training and conferences. Our quality policy rests on the abilities of our employees and the effectiveness of our resources and infrastructures. It can be represented schematically as follows:

Certifications and accreditations

Thanks to our quality policy, we are now ISO 9001 certified for all of our activities, namely:

  • the realisation and management of research, development and innovation projects;
  • the provision of innovation services;
  • and the organisation of training courses (professional and certified) and knowledge transfer activities.

Additionally, our materials laboratory is accredited in accordance with the ISO/CEI 17025 standard, guaranteeing its competency to conduct certain tests (mechanical testing of metallic materials, corrosion tests, climatic tests, the verification of climatic chambers and test chambers).

Client satisfaction

In order to be sure that our service meets the expectations of our clients and partners, we assess their level of satisfaction on an annual basis. For 2011, the survey carried out by an external company on partners and clients whose project or delivery was completed in 2010 confirmed that we're on the right track, with the general level of satisfaction lying at 4.92 on a scale of 1 to 6, with 6 being excellent. The survey also enabled us to identify some opportunities for improvement for 2012, which are already in the process of being implemented.
